Before use: Shave off any hair on the skin. You can choose a professional shaving foam, shower gel, or soap to soften the hair, depending on your preference. It’s recommended to shave with the hair in the direction of hair growth to reduce nicks and cuts.
During use: 6-8 hours after shaving, keep the skin dry and do not apply any lotion. Proceed directly with the laser treatment. Laser the area to be treated 1-2 times. Beginners are advised to start with the lowest setting. For the first two weeks, it is recommended to use it 2-3 times a week, then once a week thereafter.
After use: Avoid contact with water and other skincare products containing chemical additives for 6 hours. If your skin feels hot and dry, you can apply a moisturizing product to soothe it. Avoid sun exposure for 24 hours and use sunscreen. Specific details are in our instructions.
Usage Cycle:
Weeks 1-2: Use 3 times per week;
Weeks 3-5: Use twice per week;
After week 5: Use once every two weeks or once a month.
Note: Only apply light to the same skin area 1-2 times. Do not repeatedly apply light to the same area.
Suitable for most body hair, from lip hair and cheek hair to limbs such as hands, feet, legs, and armpits, as well as the chest, back, and bikini area. For other areas, please refer to the instruction manual or consult customer service.
Not all hair and skin types are suitable for IPL treatment. Generally speaking, IPL and laser hair removal are not effective for gray hair or very dark skin.

Warranty
Our limited 2-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of your instrument. The limited warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires after 2 years. This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects or malfunctions caused by misuse or incorrect use, improper maintenance, impact or insertion of foreign objects, intentional vandalism, improper storage, improper or incorrect maintenance or repair, application of hazardous chemicals, fire or water, abrasives, negligence, use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, lost equipment, normal wear and tear, modification, or excessive use of professional or commercial coatings.
Proof of purchase is a record of any purchase information (product purchase and seller information). Examples include: Sales receipts, order confirmation emails, sales invoices, and order details.

You can only change the shipping address before your order ships. You can contact us at seasupport@ulike.com to send us the correct shipping address. Our customer service staff will assist you in correcting the address.
Once your order ships, we cannot change the shipping address or shipping options. The customer will bear the cost of reshipment.
Your package may arrive within a few days. In the meantime, it is best to contact your neighbor and/or post office for more information! If you have not received your order within these few days, please email our customer service team within 14 days of the last tracking update, providing your order number and tracking information so that we can investigate for you.

- If you placed your order using your registered account, you can log in to our website using your email address and track your order status in “My Orders”.

- After your package is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email address. You can use this number to track your package.
Orders can only be modified within 2 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed. We process orders very quickly, so modifications or cancellations are not possible at any time. We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return policy.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and meet resale conditions.
We’d be happy to send you a brand new product! If you don’t notify us of any defects or damage, we’ll assume the product arrives undamaged. If a damaged item is returned without notification, we cannot process the return.
Products purchased not through our Hong Kong website or authorized dealers in Hong Kong and Macau are not eligible for manufacturer warranty service (original sticker design instructions shown).
Once our team receives and inspects your returned products, our accounting team will begin processing your refund within 5-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided on your order, detailing the refund amount. Refund processing methods depend on the original payment method.
- Contact Us: Contact us and provide your name, order number, the product you are returning, a photo of the product, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a printable shipping label with instructions, including our return address and standard information for your returned order.
- Print Return Label: Repack the returned product correctly into its original box and affix the return label we provide to the outside of the box.
- Take the Package to the Nearest Post Office: Mail the product back to us from your local post office. If you require urgent processing of your returned package, please contact us and provide the tracking number. Please note: Due to the high value of the products we sell, please drop your package at the nearest post office, not in a mailbox. Uike is not responsible for lost mailbox packages.
- We Will Notify You When We Receive Your Package: We will process your return within 1-3 business days after receiving your package.
- Receipt of Payment: After we verify that your package meets the return criteria, your refund will be credited to your account quickly via the original payment method. The refund will be shown in your bank account within 10-15 business days (processing time may vary by bank).
